"In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths"
All
of our customer's websites are hosted on more than 100 servers. Therefore if one individual
web/ftp/mail/sql/ server has a problem it is highly unlikely that
all of our customer's websites will be affected. You will know which
server your website is hosted on from the front page of your hosting
control panel. Please make a note of this, as most status
issues posted here will only ever affect a small minority of customers at
any one time. If you believe you are having an issue that is not
already listed below and which you believe to be server/data centre related,
then please
lodge a priority support ticket and our support team will be happy to
investigate it for you. Thank you!

Once a site is transferred customers will receive an email confirming the move has been completed. The transfer will only cause a few seconds of downtime.
